The Monash Bioethics Centre has officially been re-designated as a World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Bioethics for an additional four years.

Ethics and Vector-Borne Disease–WHO Meeting Report

The World Health Organization has just published the Report of a Scoping Meeting on Ethical Issues Associated with Vector-Borne Diseases.  Centre Director Michael Selgelid played a leading role in the initiation of this project, which aims to culminate in development of relevant WHO guidelines; and PhD student Dr. Euzebiusz (“Zeb”) Jamrozik served as rapporteur for the Scoping Meeting, which was held on 23-24 February 2017 in Geneva.
