Monash GPS PhD candidate, Elliot Dolan-Evans, wins Arts 3 minute thesis competition

Monash GPS would like to congratulate doctoral candidate, Elliot Dolan-Evans, on winning the Faculty of Arts Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition. The challenge of the 3MT® competition is to creatively condense your research into a three-minute presentation to a general audience.

As the winner, Elliot progresses to the University-wide final, representing the Faculty of Arts. Elliot's doctoral research investigates the impact that international financial institutions have on women’s political and economic participation in post-conflict society. His thesis examines this issue in Ukraine and investigates the gendered political economy of post-Soviet transition in the country, and how it has contributed to the ongoing War in Donbass.

We wish Elliot all the best with the University final on 15 August.
