We are proud to announce that Monash Migration and Inclusion Centre (MMIC) has joined the International Migration, Integration and Social Cohesion (IMISCOE) network as it moves into a phase of strategic expansion beyond Europe. MMIC was recently welcomed to the network at the IMISCOE Annual Board Meeting and Conference in Malmö, Sweden from June 26-28. The Centre joins over 700 world-leading migration and diversity researchers from over 50 institutes in Europe, positioning MMIC as a regional authority within the network on understanding how migration shapes social, economic and community relationships.

IMISCOE membership will allow the Centre to develop and strengthen international collaboration, offering opportunities to develop evidence-based solutions to global issues involving migration and social inclusion.
