Interested in doing an internship in Indonesia this summer?

Arts Internships still have 10 New Colombo Plan grants for placements in Indonesia worth AU$3000 each to give away!

So you can explore Indonesian culture and life whilst interning with a local Indonesian company or organisation, get credit points towards your Arts degree (Arts International Internship unit), and with the New Colombo Plan grant you can also cover your travel and other costs.

There are lots of internships to choose from including: being a knowledge hub research intern or public outreach intern at Sarasati, a development innovation company; or being part of internship programs at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS), an independent policy think tank, or at the Monash Indonesian Representative Office (MIRO). Or you can source an internship yourself.

The New Colombo Plan grants are available to Arts undergraduate students commencing an internship in Indonesia in Summer Semester B, January-February 2018.

How to apply

To apply, either submit an application for one of our internships in Indonesia (opportunities advertised here) or submit your own self-sourced internship taking place in Indonesia.
