History

Gwendda Milston Asian History Prize ($200) – The Gwendda Milston Prize in Asian History and Culture is awarded to the student in an Asian History unit with the highest aggregate mark.

John Laffin Memorial Prize for History ($500 monetary component and a three-year e-concessional FFFAIF membership) – The prize is annually awarded to an academically outstanding student studying the unit ATS2385 – Australians at War.

Ancient Cultures

Rosemary Cromby Prize for best Honours thesis in Egyptology ($100) Prize for the best essay in a Level Four coursework unit. Open to all Level 4 students enrolled in an Honours degree, on the nomination of their tutor. Essays are judged by two staff members.

History

The Ian Turner Memorial Prize ($200) – Prize for the best Honours dissertation in history.
